COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP/WSAZ) — People in Ohio are one step closer to receiving medical marijuana.
The first dispensary is ready to open its doors, and the first batch of marijuana is now being tested.
All medical marijuana must be tested by a state certified lab before it’s sold, so that’s the last part of the process before it can hit the shelves.
Officials say that the testing process won’t take long and they estimate the product will hit the shelves in three to five days. So far only one dispensary, 14 cultivation sites and two labs have a certificate to
