RICHMOND, Va. — Adults would be legally allowed to use marijuana in Virginia under legislation introduced Wednesday to the Virginia General Assembly.
Among thousands of bills introduced by lawmakers at the beginning of the 2019 session are two aimed at legalizing and regulating recreational marijuana use across the Commonwealth: HB2371 and HB2373 introduced by Del.
