The Delaware Cannabis Adult Use Task Force was prepared to release its report Wednesday. That did not happen.
A vote to formally release its findings into the implications of allowing adults in Delaware to legally use marijuana fell short of the majority needed for passage. The task force was established last year when it appeared that legislation to legalize marijuana did not have the votes to pass.
