As the din from the marijuana legalization debate reverberates around New Jersey, the state Assembly next month is set to get in on the discussion.
The New Jersey Assembly’s committee on Oversight, Reform Federal Relations is holding a meeting on March 5 to hear thoughts from the public on marijuana legalization.
“It will be an open meeting involving and surrounding the issue of cannabis products,” said Assemblyman Joe Danielsen, D-Middlesex, chairman of the Oversight Committee.
Danielsen announced the hearing in a committee meeting Thursday afternoon. The Assembly Democrats later posted the announcement on Youtube. See the video below.
