Walmart slayings highlight problem with medical marijuana law, advocate says

CALEDONIA TOWNSHIP, MI — Two men were shot and killed in a Walmart parking lot after taking to Craigslist to try and sell medical marijuana overages.

But, an advocate for the medical marijuana community said situations like this could have been prevented if lawmakers responded quicker to issues arising from the state’s medical marijuana law.
